I work with parents who experience exhaustion and show them how to regain balance and personal space.
I offer Yoga for mothers and woman only as well as Yoga for Mama and Baby courses.
My focus is to give options for an easy practice, which you can ideally apply alone at home.
I believe yoga can be done everywhere and also with little amount of time. I understand myself as a space holder for those who want to share.
Yoga means for me a holistic way of life and encompasses much more than the physical practice on the mat.
My sessions are individual practices based on your current state and abilities.
I lead my classes upon your request in English or German. Whatever suits you, will work for me.
Participating in groups can be extremely uplifting. Lets hop on the mat together with your friends, family members or business groups, starting from 6 participants per group. Get in touch with me and I will tailor a well fit package for you.
My wish is to realize yoga retreats most preferable for mothers with babies and children. Therefore I am looking for cooperation with other yogis or therapists for creative change or places to go.
A Reiki treatment is an energy treatment for your body. While you relax laying down, I apply the treatment, lasting around 60 minutes. It can be done with hands-on or hands-off, sometimes a mix of both.
My Reiki Master Steve Gooch is describing Reiki as followed:
"Reiki is a healing and spiritual development practice, designed to gently encourage your body and mind back to a state of peace and harmony. Practicing Yoga since several years my personal Mindfulyogapath was based on teaching Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow as a freelance Yoga Teacher in several studios. Traveling to Bali and Sydney observing various approaches to Yoga, brought me closer to my own personal style and understanding of yoga.
Graduated as a dynamic mindfulness yoga teacher, learning from Tatjana Mesar, I have settled in a yoga style of mindfulness in stillness and movement. My holistic practice is always connected to the current state of the body in this particular moment.
I encourage participants of my classes to get in touch with themselves and to move freely and creative.
As a Reiki practitioner with first Master degree, studied with Steve Gooch the flow of energy in the body is essential to my work. I make use of the universal energy with consent in private sessions. Further I educated myself in Buddho meditation in several trainings.
